Project Details

Project Report

Upload a copy of your written report. Remember that your written report must be a maximum of five pages, single-sided, double-spaced, using a 12pt font.

Teacher Information

After completing this form, your teacher will be contacted to verify and approve your project registration.

Teacher verification must be completed before the submission deadline (Monday, March 9, 2026) in order for your project to be included in the fair!

We will email a copy of this form to the teacher. You may wish to complete this form with your teacher’s assistance, or if not, make sure to verify the contact information and let the teacher know that they should be expecting your submission.
