Privacy
What we collect
We collect only what you enter in our forms: for example your name, email address and message on the contact form, and the account, school and project details you provide when you register for the science fair or sign up to judge. We use this information only to run the science fair and to answer your questions.
Messages you send us and our replies are kept in our help desk and in our Microsoft 365 mailboxes so the committee can follow up.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie (keeps you signed in and remembers form errors) and a security cookie that protects forms against forgery. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile may collect device and browser data (such as your IP address and browser information) solely to tell people from bots. For details, see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
